Representatives of the Russian Centre for Reconciliation held two humanitarian actions in the settlement of Douma, Damascus province, and Khusham, Deir ez-Zor province.
Civilians received 850 sets of food products with the total weight 3.6 tons. Moreover, 50 people including 21 children received medical aid.
Besides, families of Russian community in difficult social situation in Aleppo city received targeted humanitarian aid - 15 food sets.
In course of the humanitarian action, residents of Hamdaniyah district, Aleppo city, received a ton of fresh-baked bread.
In total, since the Russian Centre for Reconciliation started settlement process, it carried out 1,914 humanitarian actions. The total weight of humanitarian cargo delivered amounts to 2,953.31
Representatives of the Russian Centre for Reconciliation checked the availability of medications and quality of medical care provided in the settlement of Marrat (the province of Deir ez-Zor). Fifteen Syrians including eight children were provided with medical aid, baby food, vitamins, antibiotics and dressing material.
Russian military medics have provided medical assistance to 117 people, including 51 children over the past day.
Former insurgents in southwest of the Syrian Arab Republic surrendered two trucks and some 8 tons of artillery ammunition and two tons of small arms ammo.
Despite the ceasefire regime being established throughout the country, there are still cases of ceasefire regime violation by illegal armed formations in the Idlib de-escalation zone. In the past day there were shelling attacks at Kira-Kilisa, Sandran, Ikko, Qellaz, Qalaz-Tahtani, Jubb-al-Mgara, Jubb-al-Zarur (four times), Qalaat Marza, as well as against positions of government troops near Jebel-Kastru Mount, Lataki province, Maqanis-al-Duwayri (six times), Sheikh-ali-Kobtani, Khara (two times) districts, western outskirts of Aleppo city, and settlements of Tal-Maraq and Souran, Hama province. Besides, positions of government troops suffered attacks near Maarata (two times) and Tadef, Alrppo province, and on boundary line of the Turkish armed forces and Turkish-baked units of the Free Syrian Army near al-Bab.
The Russian Centre for Reconciliation of Opposing Sides urges leaders of illegal armed formations operating in the Idlib de-escalation zone to cease hostilities and move towards peaceful settlement of the situation in areas they occupy.
