Andrew Luck throwing 35-40 yard passes during warmups.
Inactives for tonight
TY Hilton is playing tonight.

Bob Lamey: I wish I loved anything the way this guy lived the colts
I doubt Chester flew to CA just to catch passes from an equipment manager, so I’m gonna guess “yes” (also, because that jives with what I want to believe)!
Imo, Chester Rogers is severely underrated and hes one of the players I'm most excited for. I know we've got some hype rookies, but I'm glad Rogers gets his shot now.
Boy gets to full-speed in 2 steps and his cuts are looking SHARP.
Reggie fine tuning him
I was just thinking this. He seems like he has been, and will continue to put the work in to improve on his game. I can see him being a great Moncrief replacement. I think TY is gonna blow up this year too. Maybe top 5 receiver?
TY is already a top-5 receiver.
I'll fight irl anyone who doesn't agree.
I've got your back Colt's fam.
They’re not the same kind of receivers. Rogers can’t fill the role Moncreif played in the offense. That’s going to come down to one of the rookies or Ebron.
Personally, I relish every shitty comment and article written about the Colts recently. All this "Luck can't even throw a ball yet" shit and even the concession that "even if he can throw, he won't be as good". Good. Keep talking shit. Clearly they haven't paid attention to what Luck is capable of doing. People LOVE to write him off. A big part of why he's injured is because of our shit oline and bad drafting, but the other big part? Luck plays fucking hard. Like linebacker hard. I don't believe for a second that he hasn't done every possible thing to come back stronger. There's a reason he was touted as the next Peyton when we drafted him. COME AT ME AFC.
I can't wait for the pre-season games... even if pre-season games sucks so much!
Headlines next month: "Indianapolis Colts become first team in NFL history to sell out a pre-season game."
Got my 49ers (preseason, game 3) tickets already lined up.
I'm going to try and go to Cincy and then turn around and go to the home opener. I want to see them whip that ass twice.
Jacoby is going to ball out something bananas and make us question everything.
everything...we could get for him in a trade...
If Darnold or Mayfield shits the bed, brisket's gonna get expensive 'round here.
Question? If Andrew is indeed 100% healthy, there's not a single question about that. Andrew is our QB.
PUSH IT TO THE LIMIT!
... to the limiiiiit!
The hype intensifies( cue the immigrant song).
Get McDaniels' face in there some how, please.
I love that movie. That gif would be amazing.
Told you I'd do it https://imgur.com/a/TVoUtjZ
You out did yourself. That was frickin amazing! Congratulations. People will be running scared this upcoming season.
Reminds me of the most recent thor
Dime, quarter, nickel, penny. Damn, ain’t it fun y how we all about the benjies?
God I really hope Andrew is being careful if he's starting to open it up again. I want to watch him play again.
He's probably past the stage where he even needs to be careful. He may have full clearance to make any throw he wants. In fact, I can't imagine these NFL receivers flying across the country to take 10-yard lobs. They're there because Luck has clearance to throw the ball without limitations and he wants to go into training camp as if it were any other year. I think this represents the end of the rehab process and the beginning of just playing football.
We don't even know if it's him actually throwing, Luck said a month or two ago it's a full process up through training camp and there's still steps for his rehab
Who else would it be?
Why would Rogers fly to Stanford, where Luck is currently ramping up his throwing regimen, to catch balls from someone else. And if it were someone other than Luck, why would they be going out of their way to keep who’s throwing out of the frame?
Also, that "keep quiet" emoji must be something, right?
The... process of .....throwing over dem der mountains.
Andrew Luck is a dime.
Maybe Randy Moss can also throw a football. He's been training with everyone lately.
I seriously doubt that’s Andrew. Seems too “0-100” honestly.
0-100 in what 16 months...?
Dude has been rehabbing for ages, going through the steps, doing everything right since his setback (or so were told). This is not 0-100, this is that gradual acceleration of your grandmother getting onto the freeway.
0-100 in a little over a month. When he started throwing full sized balls. Those a full strength throws, or damn near it. I don’t expect him to quite be there yet.
Edit: Even if Andrew was 100%, he’s not going to be the only one throwing. His arm would fall off if he had to trow 300+ passes a day to these receivers. He may be there, but no way he’s the only one throwing if he’s even throwing some of those deeper routes.
Full strength throws isn't the issue, it is the 300 throws you mentioned. I haven't been to one of these workouts, but I doubt it is non-stop throwing. Throw a pass or two, talk about the route, what they want to see, etc. Rinse and repeat. I doubt it is very grueling for a QB, but I could be completely wrong.
