Satan is visiting Germany in 1968 AD
Hmm. Not sure I can move that
good job game, natural park on uranium source
Is self promoting like this allowed on this sub? I don’t use any of your mods but modders are always required for a happy/healthy game community so good luck getting the support you need!
I'm not sure tbh, I don't see a rule against it though, and it is for Civ VI mods, so I think it's fine.
And thank you for the well wishes!
I hope it's allowed, you guys are making an already great game 100x better for no profit. You deserve all the self promotion you want on this sub.
You make the highest quality mods out there. I'm not financially in a spot where I can support these types of things, but I want to let you know that I appreciate all that you do.
Thank you for the compliment!
Is Vercingetorix a second leader for France (or Germany idk) or is it a seperate civ?
btw: I think the animation down below and a lot of the other content you create is very high-quality. Gj!
Thanks! It's a completely new Gallic civ!
How does it work on TSL maps? Does he start in Avaricum, or does that even work with modded civs?
Modded civs only support TSL with the YnaMP mod. (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=871861883), so you'll need to use that.
Vercingetorix will start in Bibracte, since I have that as his capital. It's not implemented in the alpha yet, but I probably will be implementing it in a few days.
If you're a fan of my Iceland, Siam, or any other mods, here's how you can help keep me strapped to my desk, making new civs and assets: Join me on Patreon!
Making these mods is a huge commitment of my time, and unlike Firaxis, I’m only one guy doing everything from the art to the coding to the writing. If and when I find full-time work, it will be very hard to justify spending as much time as I do on these new civs and. This is where you come in – your contributions can and will keep me going, regardless of what I’m doing!
Don’t worry, I’m not going anywhere if you don’t pledge, and my mods are going to stay free forever – no worries there. But justifying the time commitment on these projects is getting harder and harder, and I don’t want to stop either.
Patrons get access to a few goodies, including alpha access to upcoming mods and updates on new projects.
(C’mon, you know you wanna give Vercingetorix a try!)
You...you're making a Vercingetorix mod? You mean I can finally invade Gaul in the classical era instead of France?
Take my money.
And give me the mod.
Have I mentioned it's a 3D voiced and animated Vercingetorix you can destroy?
(I mean a gif doesn't have audio but you get the gist of it)
A) That's amazing. I have an arguably unhealthy obsession with recreating Roman history in Civ and you've just ensured that I do nothing productive this weekend.
B) I just realized you're Sukritact. I love your UI mod, especially the ability to see citizens by just hovering over a city. I didn't really understand the importance of managing citizens until I started using it. The paltry monthly pledge I just made doesn't begin to say "thank you" enough. Like a lot of /r/civ folks I'm very much in your debt.
edit: fixed tyfpe-o
update burma for r&f plz it breaks unit culture art i give mone
You are the best modder in the entire civ scene, you really deserve the money!
While I don't play Civ VI (I do own it, just personal preference that I play V), your Civ V Main Menu+ mod was brilliant, I still use that to this day. Sadly, I don't have the monetary funds to help propel your endeavours, but I nonetheless wish you luck on your future modding projects.
I just REALLY couldn't stand looking at that dreary factory background for the gazillionth time XD
Glad you're enjoying it
I really dislike Patreon as a business model.

That is correct and neither is mine for that matter. I was unaware comments had to be helpful though.
