[Photos] Homs: Despite arrival of Russian forces, convoy with displaced people from Quneitra is still blocked (6 hours now). Area NE. of Quseir (S. Homs) belongs to Hezbollah & allied pro-Iran militias (bombed several times by Israel past months). 3,391 ppl inside incl. 1,129 children.
Would rather Moscow than Tehran but anything is better than a disunited opposition
Anything to stop the pipelines from SA>Iraq. Russia/Iran keeping Europe dependent on Russian natural gas.
I’m okay with this. Having a firm ally like Russia will keep from anymore ‘uprisings’. I wonder what they’ll do about Israeli oil companies like Genie Oil from drilling in the Golan Heights?
Russian natural gas is cheap. Americans should understand capitalism.
If only Syria's future was in the hands of its citizens instead of foreign powers or the kleptocratic elites.
