Syrian War Daily – 23rd of October 2018
Syrian Red Crescent delivered 2 humanitarian aid shipments to Douma in Eastern Ghouta, on 21, 22 Oct. 8 trucks carried 3000 food parcels,1008 blankets, 200 mattresses (ICRC), 1925 food parcels & 50 boxes of nutritional supplements (World Food Programme), 500 plastic sheets (UN Refugee Agency).
Found this to be a very interesting read. Gives a good solid overview of what seems to be (soon) the last rebel-held area in the province. It of course like anything written about anything political is biased, however it does not sugarcoat much. The last page gets too political for me and I am not a big fan of their recommendations, however this was something that I recommend anyone here read(even if you're an avid follower of the conflict, reading pieces like these still puts things into perspective).
