SDF and self-government released 102 prisoners of Syrian and Iraqi nationalities convicted of working with ISIS, but claimed to not have taken part in killing. The released prisoners, who were detained between half a year and 2 years, pledged not to harm citizens or join any terrorist group.

Syrian Red Crescent delivered 2 humanitarian aid shipments to Douma in Eastern Ghouta, on 21, 22 Oct. 8 trucks carried 3000 food parcels,1008 blankets, 200 mattresses (ICRC), 1925 food parcels & 50 boxes of nutritional supplements (World Food Programme), 500 plastic sheets (UN Refugee Agency).

Honestly, I wouldn't be so sure until video or literally anything else comes out of that, as right now the only evidence is the twitter claim and one extremely low quality photo:
Given how that twitter user is making this out to be some amazingly grand scale attack that caused upmost devastation, if would be expected that we will see something more than a single grainy photo and 2 night time images of weapons being fired.
Especially since 13 hours have since passed and few sources are reporting this, even Qalaat hasn't mentioned this, which is very unusual for rebel activity.
